About Us
Established in March 2015 in Suzhou City, SUNZIP has developed from a small start-up into a recognized R&D and manufacturing enterprise integrating design, innovation, and production. We have built a strong market presence in China’s architectural shading industry, focusing on high-quality, durable, and aesthetically designed sun-shading products.
SUNZIP specializes in the design, assembly, and installation of advanced outdoor sun-shading systems. Its main products include wind-resistant zip track blinds, motorized pergola systems with adjustable louvre roofs, sunroom and outdoor leisure structures, and smart control modules including integrated LED lighting. We provide a full-service package, from on-site measurement to installation and after-sales maintenance. Raw materials are partly imported from China and Europe, including aluminium profiles, die-cast and injection components, technical fabrics, and electronic modules, which are then assembled, sold, delivered, and installed locally in Brisbane.
SUNZIP’s products incorporate several unique patented technologies that distinguish them in the market. These include an anti-gravity tension system that prevents fabric sagging and maintains a smooth surface even under strong wind conditions; a modular wind-resistant side-track design that allows easier installation and maintenance; and an intelligent motorized control system equipped with weather sensors to automatically adjust according to sunlight and wind, achieving both energy efficiency and user comfort. These features have been developed and refined through our long-term R&D experience and are currently protected by more than twenty patents in China, providing a strong technological foundation for the company’s Australian operations.
SUNZIP represents a genuine, investment-driven initiative designed to integrate advanced sun-shading technology and practical manufacturing experience into the Australian market. By combining innovation with local employment and production,SUNZIP will not only strengthen Queensland’s manufacturing capability but also bring long-term economic value through job creation, skill development, and sustainable business growth.
